As part of our commitment to protecting both issuers and investors, we conduct thorough Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures. This process involves verifying the identity of our users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. By ensuring that our platform is secure and compliant with international regulations, we foster a trustworthy environment where issuers can confidently raise capital and investors can safely engage in transactions.

Confirm Your Nationality

Confirming your nationality allows Metafyed to determine the applicable legal framework for protecting your investment.

Enter Your Address

Enter your residential address to proceed. We have integrated with Google API to streamline this process, but you can also choose to enter your address manually.

Verify Government ID

Upload a government ID by your chosen type to help Metafyed in verifying your identity.

Selfie Verification

Submit a selfie to complete the verification process. The image should contain all of the following:

• Clear Image of your face

• Clear image of your the ID uploaded in previous step

• A note with Metafyed's name and today's date

Completion

A successful completion of the process will result in the following screen. Please allow for up to 24 hours for Metafyed to manually verify your identiy.
